So Dev got shot because Dale was hunting for fairies? Thaaaat's certainly not going to make things complicated between him and Peri nope not at all 😬

Surprisingly he doesn't hold it against Peri or fairies as a whole. It would sort of like being mad a money, like, yeah that was his dads motivation at the time but money didn't make him do that. He chose to do that. It was just another of his dads many money making ventures.

On one hand he finds it a little comforting that the thing he got shot over wasn't a totally fictional creature, on the other hand it reaffirms that his dad was putting him in real danger from the start.

Does anybody else hate that sometimes therianthropy is treated like a cute aesthetic rather than an animalistic identity?

I get species euphoria by ripping objects apart, chasing animals, eating without utensils, walking on my toes, feeling how sharp my canine teeth are, among other things. None of these things are dainty or aesthetic, and to the average person it's probably not acceptable/normal behavior.

I feel like therians should (in a reasonable manner, we're still humans/humanoids guys) show this side more. Being animalistic in some way is part of being a therian and it shouldn't be shameful

Skiffs!

Skiffs are an open species that I made! They're custom-made robots on a far-off ringed desert planet named Sterilis.

They have a variety of roles, from deliveries to racing. Depends on what they're built with! Most are scrapped together from old parts.

They have a lot of personalities but they're usually similar to skater punks and adrenaline junkies. They love going fast and doing sick stunts.

Also, they can canonically micspam. They can and will play any sound file they find, at each other, at anyone, at themselves

There's a bunch of other little lore tidbits but that's the gist of it. If you ever wanted a robot that's really robot-y, I encourage ya to make one of these little goobers for yourself!
